I will meet with you and your partner two times before labor to become acquainted, to explore and discuss your priorities and any fears or concerns, to discuss your birth plan and to plan how we might best work together.

Lactation Support & Postpartum Care

I will draw on my professional training, knowledge and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort and, as needed, communication with the staff to make sure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor. I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, soothing touch, positioning and other techniques for comfort.

I will remain with you for one hour after birth to make sure you are comfortable and your family is ready for some quiet bonding time together. I can also assist with initial lactation and feeding, if necessary.

Part of your package is that we will meet for 1 visit within a few weeks from the birth. This visit will be to decompress about the birth along with answering any questions you have about the experience, to see how you and your baby are doing, and to get feedback from you about my role.

My fees for my services is $1600 this includes my pregnancy support, birth doula services, lactation support and postpartum care.

Fee Schedule

$800 (50% of total fee) as a retainer fee, due when you select me as your doula by signing my contract

The remaining $800 is due by the time you reach 36 weeks.
